You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We are partnered with SecurePay Solutions, Inc. for all payment processing needs. Refunds are generally not provided for completed transactions unless there is an error on our part. If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our customer support team at support@stellartechrecharge.com with details of the transaction and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and determine whether a refund is appropriate. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. StellarTech Recharge's decision on refunds is final.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sacramento, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except that the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
